Round 1 of The Pride of Essex BMX Trophy was held in the glorious Essex sunshine on a fast and smooth Braintree track where 70 riders from Braintree set out to retain the trophy home for the third year running. The loyal following of race fans weren't disappointed!!

Last weekend the newly selected British Cycling BMX Talent Team visited Manchester to meet their counterparts and receive coaching from British Cycling staff on and off the bike.
