Stage 9 looks like being one of perhaps 3 stages which will sort out the destiny of this year's Tour. I have a feeling it's not going to go all the way of Astana, who have done a huge amount of work as well as using up lots of nervous energy in recent days. Sastre and the Schleck brothers are my tips for day - they all have work to do, have had quietish tours to date and yet are still firmly in contention. Cadel Evans will also probably get even more agitated as he tries to make an impact - watch out for his interaction with the media going belly up again if he has a bad day!
